  1. Mindset: The first thing we’re going to do is get you OFF the dieting merry-go-round and free you from the bad habits and destructive thinking that’s been holding you back from permanent success. We’ll develop mental strategies to break the self sabotage cycle so you can finally lose weight.
  2. Food Wins: The second pillar is food knowledge, and knowing exactly how much of which food to eat and why. Most diet programs either give you a meal plan with no explanation, or give you tons of information with no direction. They focus on quantity OR quality. They teach you to micromanage your diet or ignore all data and just listen to your body. Food wins is a balanced approach that combines winning strategies for daily life and scraps the nonsense.
  3. Action Steps & Done for you meal plans: The “teach you to fish” approach doesn’t work when you’re already busy, overwhelmed, and tired of doing all the work. We’re going to hit the ground running with done for you meal plans and live calls. I’ll show you EXACTLY how to make adjustments for variety and life situations, and show you shortcuts that make healthy eating quick and simple. You may learn to fish along the way, but I’m stocking the pond and baiting your hook.
