WHAT IS IT? FIT Foundations: Muscles and Macros is an 8 week fitness and nutrition program tailored specifically to you. You’ll work with a coach to tone up, boost metabolism, and define muscle.

WHERE DOES IT HAPPEN? FIT Foundations: Muscles and Macros is hosted online and includes a dedicated mobile app, weekly 1:1 check-in’s, live Q&A calls, and a private online community. You work with your coach online, on your own time.

WHEN DOES IT START? FIT Foundations: Muscles and Macros is only available 4 times a year. The next start date is April 1, and sign ups are open until March 31. 

WHO IS IT FOR? FIT Foundations: Muscles and Macros is perfect for anyone who wants to jump start fat loss and build strong, toned muscles. It works for anyone, regardless of their knowledge or previous experience.

HOW DOES IT WORK? You’ll work with your coach to determine your fitness and nutrition goals and how to achieve them. Your dedicated coach will provide you with a meal plan with customized macronutrients, and a strength training plan.

HOW IS THIS PROGRAM UNIQUE? I created FIT Foundations: Muscles and Macros to support my clients with the three essential elements to creating a body you love- strength training,  nutrition, and community. This quarterly program is designed to kickstart your personal training and nutrition plan, whether you're new to it all or refining your existing routine.

  • Qualified Coaching I hold multiple fitness and nutrition certifications, and have helped hundreds of people lose weight and keep it off. I’ve researched all the latest fitness and diet trends, so you don’t have to. Each week, I’ll guide you on exactly what you need to do to reach your goals, and hold you accountable to following through.
  • 1-on-1 Weekly Check Ins Your ideal macro goals change over time, but you never have to make these updates alone. Each week, you’ll have a 1:1 check in with your coach to make sure you’re staying on track to get the results you want.
  • 24/7 Support Any time you have a question, all you have to do is send a message to coach Whitney in the private group forum. Anything you’re not comfortable sharing with the group stays between you and your coach during your weekly 1:1 check ins.

  • Weekly Mindset & Habit Pep Talks Each week, Whitney goes live in the private Circle Community group to share her pro tips on counting macros and building muscles, so making healthy choices become effortless and enjoyable. 

  • Elevate Strong App Strength Training plans where you can track your workouts, weights used, and count your reps. Every exercise has a demo video within the app so you can always check your form! The app also houses your body measurements, progress photos, and daily weight so you have a visual representation of your progress.
