Nourish to Flourish is a 12-week nutrition program that is designed to provide feasible dietary changes as part of your fitness program.** You won’t have to eliminate entire food groups or be restricted to low calorie counts. You will, however, be held accountable while learning how to eat healthy and nutritious meals while enjoying the foods you love.
What’s included in the Nourish to Flourish nutrition program?
- Macronutrient guidelines with weekly adjustments
- Exercise guidelines
- Setup assistance and intro to My Fitness Pal
- Weekly check-ins done via email on spreadsheet
- Email/text/phone call support available 7 days a week
As my client, your commitment is crucial. Your part of the program is this:
- Daily weigh-in and waist measurement
- Weekly progress photos
- Maintain an accurate daily food log in My Fitness Pal
- Turn in a weekly spreadsheet with a few simple data points
- Commitment to the full 12 weeks***
