I offer both private and semi-private sessions, as well as nutrition coaching to ensure you achieve your goals. I am an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach, and I create scientifically backed workout programs built on strength progressions and a combination of functional movement, mobility, and interval training. Whether you are a beginner or conditioned athlete, you will be met with challenging and effective workouts. In addition to one-on-one personal training sessions, I also offer small group training for up to four clients at a time. Training sessions take place at my home gym. My dance and weightlifting experience give me an acute awareness of body positioning, strength, and mobility, and I design personal training exercises based on an individual’s needs and goals. Private sessions at Elevate Strong are scheduled between client and trainer, with a workout program designed specifically to meet your goals. At your first session, we will discuss client and trainer expectations, as well as health and wellness goals, and develop a strategy based on where you are now and where you want to be. - Ten 30-minute sessions: $190
- Five 45-minute sessions: $150
- Ten 45-minute sessions: $290
Semi-Private Training Sessions (Per person, Max 3):
- Five 30-minute sessions: $75
- Ten 30-minute sessions: $145
- Five 45-minute sessions: $115
- Ten 45-minute sessions: $215
*Clients are asked to cancel 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice.
