Join our 30 day fitness challenge starting Monday, June 8! Day 1 is a max plank hold. Each day we will add a movement, building a workout. At the end, we will work up to a longer plank hold, increase functional strength, and have a killer at home work out to use on off days! Follow along on our Facebook page, check in on day one (2, 3 or 4 if you’re late to the party!) with your max plank hold time so we can measure our progress.
