5 am is not for everyone. You are not just anyone.

Early mornings take commitment. The pay off is well worthwhile! You wake up before dawn knowing there is a crew and a trainer waiting on you. You can’t let them down, so you suit up and head to the park for a killer workout. Finished with your training before most of the city is awake, you head to work with a fresh burst of endorphins, feeling great. You are dedicated and will not let anything get in the way of reaching your goals!
